My mom used to tell me that, she preacticed me to go to the bathroom at toilet, from 8 months onwards, so, may be till that period i may wet my bed.. My brothers and all they used to wet at the bed even at thir 6-7 years of his ages.. Even i found lots of the children going schools still wet their bed, may be the lack of practice they still wet their bed I think Doctors are advised to stop giving the water to the kids after 8-8.30 p.m, ie., before one hour go to bed, and also finish the dinner before that, and also ask them to go to bathroom before going to bed. Can you remember upto what age did you wet your bed in your childhood days..?? What is your opinion about the bed wetting of kids..?? upto what age is this permissable, what are all the precautions needs to be take to stop this habits.

Wow, I personally remember being past that stage by 4-5, my brother was in diapers till he was 4. My Mom used the method of we could not spend the night somewhere until we had stopped wetting the bed. She was "worried for us because their bed may not have the plastic cover and we would be forced to sleep in it all night." (NO none of my friends parents would have made me do that!) BUT it did work. My daughter is 2 now and she is at the stage of she is potty trained most of the time but gets distracted periodically. As for nights it is hit or miss, sometimes she wakes up and tells us she needs to go, sometimes she is dry all night, others forget it! One of the things we have found helps us at least is to be concious first thing in the morning and go straight to the potty, first thing. This is training her on when to go and where. My mother is in the education field and her biggest advice to me is consistency, if we teach her to get up at midnight and go to the bathroom that is what she will do, if we teach her that she goes first thing when she wakes up that is what she will do. At that point it is just a matter of the size of ther bladder. Hope this helps some!

sweet babies,frequent urination - bet wetting,parents laziness
Childeren of age more than 4 to 5 if they still wet their bed then there is something wrong with them or their parents, like some parents will ask their childeren to goto toilet and ask them to sleep this is the right habbit if they fail to do then surely childeren will wet their bed no matter how old they are and this will surely become a bad habbit even when they grew older since my parents are concerned and knowing about this they brought me up with this habbit and some childeren tend to pass urine during nights actually some say that childeren are afraid to walk alone as some parents are very lazy to take them to toilet!im not kidding it is true.. and some kids do really have some problem and they tend to wet their bed, as my cousin suffered from this problem, it got cured then... it never depends on age once the child starts to speak it knows to communicate its need atleast basic things like this and it can say it needs to go for loo!
