Down in the dumps

Since Friday when I had fever, I just cant seem to feel better. There is no fever, just lethargy and feeling of tiredness. I just cant seem to understand. At times I feel dizzy and drained. I havent even the energy to write on mylot till today. Im asked to take a lot of test to do away with this that and the other. Help.
