Ricky, All of the above is caused by stress which in alot of cases can cause hair loss. It is normal for people to lose hair anywhere from 50 to 100 strands a day is normal for new growth. If you experience bauld spots you must see your physician to make sure you do not have a hair loss or a more concerning desease. Good Luck

I used to have thick hair when I was younger, I guess when you grow older and you eat a lot of junk and you get stressed out and of course giving birth makes your hormone imbalanced this is what will really happen. But I read from an article that you can treat this by eating food rich in vitamins A,B,C,D and E and also by massaging your hair with essential oils/aromatheraphy oils like rosemary and time.Which from what I read on your post that you have already tried it, and didn't get any positive results. Attached here is the full details of that article..http://www.articlesbase.com/hair-loss-articles/best-herbal-hair-products-for-women-with-thinning-hair-560134.html .

I have heard that they can all be linked to it, esp., the diet and depression. Not too sure about the sleep deprivation but I'm sure if you are beyond exhausted you are probably not taking care of a lot of other things necessary for overall good health.
