Which One Will I Use, PayPal or Moneybooker?

I am confused if which among the two accounts will i used here in Mylot..Paypal needs credit card but it's the best online banking account...While moneybooker is good too..I think, it's not compulsary to attached a credit card unlike paypal..
Can you help me out here mylotters? Thanks in advance...

Personally I used paypal for my online transactions. For me its more flexible than other online currencies out there. You can use it on ebay or in any other sites. I think its worth it to have a paypal account so better get a credit card now and get a paypal account.

I use paypal I am in the Philippines. You will use debit card from Union bank. This is the bank in the Philippines link to paypal at the moment. Go to Union bank near you and inquire about the EON debit card.
