Been Craving Pineapple For A Few Days Now

Such a sweet and succulent fruit is the pineapple, and one that is great in the middle of summer, especially when it has been chilled. So yummy on those hot days. Well, in Australia, it is winter right now, but I am still craving pineapple. My partner has said he will get some fresh ones when he next does the shopping, so then I can satisfy the cravings. I am pregnant, on baby number 5, but I have never craved pineapple like this before. I heard recently that pineapple can help in inducing a baby, and because I'm almost over my due date have decided it can't hurt to try. If it doesn't work, then I would have had a tasty treat any way. We try and support local growers, who I have to say, have the far better quality, even if the produce is smaller.
