Do you confess your sins or undoings before sleep ?

Before sleep or sleepless, i often think of those old stupid things i did and undoing i did to my beloved parents, like yelling at them, impatience, spending little time accompanying them. I know what has been done can not be undone and it makes my heart hurt.
