Its ridiculous my 8 cents are cut! Quite depressing??

First a day before my 10 posts but now the earnings of 8 cents . This may not seem big to you but my balance is just dollar and a quarter and 8 cents is nearly 6% of all earnings! Its too bad why can they do this??

That happened to me too.
I many times responded to a discussion which later has been deleted and my earnings is reduced.This is totally unfair system they got there

I don't consider it is unfair at all. We all have access to read the rules and what is permitted and what is not.
Before we respond to discussions we should consider whether the discussion itself is abiding by the rules or whether it is likely to be deleted at a later date and then we can consider responding or skipping it.

Why are they doing that? Is it a new way of reigning order here on mylot? Perhaps these rae new changes-we need to re-read the rules to avoid such penalties.

I don't fully understand what you are trying to say.
My best guess is that your earnings at Mylot have been reduced by 8 cents. Is that correct?
If so then don't worry about it. It will be Mylot doing some 'housework' and clearing out discussions and posts that don't meet their Terms of Service.
If you had posted on such a deleted discussion then your earnings will go down accordingly as your post is also deleted.
It happens to me as well.
For instance, I will post on a newbies discussion that is breaking the rules to let the newbie know that they have done wrong but to welcome them anyway. I also know that I will get credit for my post and also know that I will loose that credit when Mylot deletes the discussion.
But it is better in my view to do that and 'pay the penalty' and explain to the newbie where they have gone wrong rather than the newbie having his money deducted and not know why.

I am sorry to know that but same think happend to me as well my 4 cents were cut, I dont know why they do this? I think this might be because of technical problem it is better if you can check back after some time.
