High heeled shoes or flats?

I love flats because it is really comfortable to wear and I can do most free moves when Im doing outside activity. But women cannot avoid wearing high heeled shoes even those who are contented with their heights due to some requirements and fashion it gives. High heeled shoes adds to the sexiness and heights of the one who wears it but most often and most women I knew prefer footwear with extra inches. But as the doctors warned that high heeled shoes may do harm to our body as well. So, what are your approaches in order to save your legs and posture as well as enjoy wearing high heeled shoes?

I like both.. I love to wear high heels becuase they make my legs look longer and i love to wear flats cause they are comfortable.. My husband likes for me to wear heels so wear them as much as i can't.. I only have two pairs of flats.. but i have several pairs of high heels... I just like looking sexy and heels make me feel sexy.

not only it makes your legs looks longer and sexy it also adds inches to your height although I know height is not your problem because I guess you're a tall person.

Oh, were on the same height.. I also tried wearing high heeled shoes but it makes my feet feel hurt all the time so I decided to stop and go for flat ones.

Hi! I love shoes and I love flats.LOL! To put it plainly I love rubber shoes. I always feel on the go and ready for anything too. I dont feel that same way about flip flops or flat sandals or something like that. I always prefer to use rubber shoes. Less effort and easy to do things. I really dont like to wear high heels. It kinda hurts the feet after using it for hours and there's always the higher possibility of an accident or embarrassment. Plus heels usually change the way I walk. Im quite happy with my height and I dont need some high heels to make me look taller. Other people might not feel otherwise but I guess its just a matter of taste and preference.

Hi friend, i only have one pair of rubber shoes for now so Im still trying to have more style to collect because I started enjoying wearing it. and you are right, it really feels comfortable

I only have 2!^_^ But the other one is pretty burned out that theres no more hope for it. My feet aches when I use it for more than a few hours. So technically I only have one.^_^

i love high heels! i only wear high heels when i go to work or if i'm attending some event and stuff. for normal outings i'll usually wear flats of platform shoes.

Depends on what I am doing. If I am working in the yard I want a pair of flats or tennis shoes. But if I am going out and try to look good I may put on some heels. After all I am short and I need all the help I can get. lol

I hear it a lot of my friends told me that I have to change my way of wearing High Heels but to tell you the truth I am so comfortable in it because I try to buy a flat shoes i do not know how to walk properly and when I start to step my footwear go for me first........he he he

So that proves that the way we use to wear depends on how we often use it.. Try not stumbling down when wearng flats...
