Do you think that it is a good motivational tool to have someone show you before and after pictures of their weightloss? What about the video's of on youtube that people have made that show different people over a period of time as they loose weight? Does it encourage you to see that others have lost weight and kept it off, especially if they weighted more than you do? What have you found to be the most inspiring of weightloss stories or photos?

When I went on weight watchers a few years ago , I typed in weight loss pictures , and it took me to a gastric bypass site , and there were before and after pics. I believe they did help me keep going , and you can really tell a difference when some losses I have always been a slow loser when it comes to my weight , but in 3 years I lost 100 lbs and the difference is real big , and sometiems it is hard to believe i used to be that , but pictures dont lie.

I am hoping to loose at least a hundred pounds but it will probably take me a lot longer than I want it too. Congradulations on your weightloss.I hope I will be able to loose a bunch of weight this year. The one thing I am conserned about though is saggy skin, I hope I don't end up with a lot of saggy skin. Maybe I won't but I don't know.
