Being Bat Woman isn't necessarily sexy!

I have bat wings! Not the superhero type, but the sad, flabby bits of skin which hang underneath the tops of my arms. It comes from age, and from having gained and lost weight in my life. Even though I have good muscle tone in my arms, those bat wings remain. My question is, does anyone know any good exercises to get rid of them?

I believe that if you have rapid weight loss or if you lose a lot of weight that the excess flesh that is left needs to be surgically removed. Sad but true...some of us just can't win.

Yes, I know people who have had tummy tucks, and have heard of people getting their wings clipped, so to speak. I don't think I'd to that extent unless it was really bothering me and getting in the way. It would be painful - both physically and financially! Thanks for your response. Your avatar always cheers me up.

They seem to be a common thing that comes with women getting older. I know my Mom has them and I've seen them coming on for a long time. I don't know any exercises to get rid of them but I know women who would love to get rid of them. ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**

I have since heard that Tai Chi can apparently help. I haven't tried it yet, but there is HOPE! Thanks for your response :)

Yay! Welcome to the Bat Cave! I really hope someone has a good idea because I just don't know how you can target that particular area. Fingers crossed.
