As sad as it may seem time isn't always kind to us, and over the course of time we always end up losing someone so dear and so close to us, someone that we love so dearly! Rather it be family, friends or even lovers, and we suffer in sorrow because they are gone. We slip off into the world of depression and sometimes we never get out of it. The other sad thing about this is that it never stops and we start to blame ourselves for them dying and that makes us slip even farther into depression than we ever was before. The thoughts start flooding our minds as we live in sorrow, our lives ends up living in fear of getting close to anyone because we are afraid that they will die as well if you do. But we need to see that this isn't our fault and that it's because of faith that these events takes place. We just can't let ourselves down because of a lost loved one. They wouldn't want us to be this way, they would want us to be happy and to continue to live out our lives!

Banny one of close friend in last institution i studied. After that i joined for higher studies. But he took a job with attractive salary. After that everytime he never listened to me and say I'll get back.later i came to know he behaves like this to all.

What you say is very true. However, it is easier said then done. Some times the attachment levels are so high that it become sdifficult to let go or forget. Conciously we know that we have to , but we don't let go. WE need to make sure that we get involved in something, keep ourselves buy, hare some moments of happiness and cheer. It's with this positive frame of mind that we can deal with this better.

Letting go is hard sometimes.Only ourselves can help overcome the pain.

Well I think everyone acts a little different but this is when your friends and family come into play. This is whne youneed someone more than ever. It is very sad when we lose someone close. I know that when my parents pass that they will live through me. They gave me the tools to defeat any problem that I will face. Every hand I extend in kindness is there hand and as long as they live through me they will never die. i will mess them but they will have never left.
