I guess you might also look at this question more deeply. How deep is your love or when does this first love start or what is the relationship in this first love. Bottom line is the mental and physical bonding of the first love. If you are into money then you give yourself away the first time physically or you save the physical part for the person you want to have in your life forever. This is my opinion. If you sell it then of course you will remember everything about that and most likely will regret later for not saving yourself for someone whom want to love you forever. If you want you might wait forever and never have anyone. I say that a first love should never die. It should last forever. I remember how a girl once was loved by a man very much and did his best to see the girl, meet with her and her parents and spend some time. He was working in the woods one day late and started to cross a river at low tide. He never made it as the river rose suddenly and they found his body later on. She tells me this story about how Billy really had a crush on her. There never was even a kiss given from him to her, but just only the longing need of an everlasting love. I see some loneliness in her eyes now sometimes when she talks about how this one boy wanted to have her forever in his life. He was a hardworker and worked very hard that day to earn money to give her something. He was trying to get home as fast as possible and made a fatal mistake in his hurrying to be with her on that one very special day, her birthday. Sad, but true, and yes, be careful with a first love as it does last a lifetime. Floyd

THey say, the first cut is the deepest! I agree, that that first experience is unforgettable! I didnt marry my first girl friend, but when I meet her today, I know sh could still afford to sneak over to me and be availble for me-fortunately, my Christain principles would never allow me to be unfaithful to my wife-but i tell you, I have not completely forgotten the experience!

i don't think its true, we can forget our first love if we get better partner again who is more loving and understanding than first..

Absolutely wrong. If u can find some one more lovable (i.e. with more money)your first love will simply die. That is the present day scenario
