You will need to go a lot of cardio. Clean eating is key probably a lower carb diet like South Beach. There are a couple of books that target loosing belly flat The Flat Belly diet and Also the The Abs diet for women.

I was interested in the response you got. I also have belly fat and have been trying to lose it. It has been a lot of work and I haven't lost any of it. So I figure I will try what your other response suggested.

Sit ups and crunches. This will guarantee weight loss in your mid section. I hope that you include cardio to get rid of the fat. A cardio workout is important because the layers of fat need to dissolve before the muscle definitions comes in. Of course yoga can help with this too. Try several things at once.

Hi Odamashin, Gayle works out for an hour five to six days a week. For 30 minutes she does cardio, often on the treadmill, followed by 30 minutes of strength training either with resistance bands or free weights. One day she concentrates on her upper body; the next day on her lower body. And on weekends, when she has more time, she covers both. In addition, she throws in abdominal exercises at least 3 to 4 days a week Cardio workouts are simply getting your heart rate up before you start your exercises. A treadmill is a good way to get your cardio workout.

Read the post above this one. Cardio works your heart rate. You need to do the cardio in order to see the results. The best way to this is by running, biking, etc. And even something as simple jumping jacks or jump roping will help you.

I think you should have gotten tummy surgery right after you gave birth so that you're only in the operating room once. That's what I plan to do. But since you've already given birth since a year, maybe you should see a fitness trainer about this. They'll probably create an exercise program for you with lots of exercises targeting your belly. It won't be easy, but if you're really serious it will definitely pay off. :) There's also an abs diet program that some people claim to work. You might want to try that as well. ;)

Although I have the same problem, through all the ways of losing weights, they are all not so idealful. So I keep my body in sharp.Still I can give you some advice.Have a try to a Losing Weight Hall, not to take any medicine, but rub down. That won't harm your health.
