how do deal with the relationship?

To get along with people is a skillful work ,especially with the one we love.Here in , I mean our boyfriends or girlfriends, our wives or hudsbands.
Easily to say "I love you" ,but how to easily to say"marry me "?
When comes to Marriage , there are often lots of things should be taken into consideration, the job, the house ,the working places , the ages of you and your sweetheart, of course the money...
Any experienced one who waded through can suggest me ? thanks

hahaha it looks like your planning to go beyond huh lol i mean your planning to get married? hehehe.. anywayz, i always say i love you to my hun coz im used to it i mean when i first say i love you to him, honestly its hard for me to say those words coz i wanted to say those magic words when i really feel it not just like i want to say it. but now, i keep on saying i love you to him 
hehehe.. its just like saying 'marry me' you're afraid on the rejection that's why you feel that way, but try to make a surprise, im sure she cant resist it, & i know she will say YES! hehehe..
