I expect them to get off to a flying start against the pace bowlers. Once Murali and Mendis comes into the attack, you may not be able to score freely. Gambhir and Laxman showed some brilliance in the first test match. Gambhir is the only player who has handled Murali with ease in the CB series. With Laxman expected to bat at No. 3, the top three have to fire to make sure they are in with a chance. If India is going to bat second, hmmm ....

it will be very difficult for indian team to fight back and win the series.. this is because the lankans are on a roll.. with mwndis and murali as their sharp tools, lankans can now destroy any top team.. also the so called best batting line up of india is not in best form from past months.. i think that team india are now low on confidence after the shameful defeat few days back and gary kirsten has to take the initioatiove to power and boost the team's moral so that they can fire in the next match.. ** HOPE THAT INDIA WILL WIN THE NEXT AND ALLOW US TO WATCH THE FINAL WITH GREAT INTEREST***

I hope so india will bounce back from the first test innings defeat against the lankans. It's always difficult to beat srilankans in their home while their spinners murali and mendis were performing. If Indian players play to thier ability, india can defeat srilanka in the second test.

Considering the depth and the experience al our senior players have, I am sure they should be able to stage a very respectable fightback. On whether they level the series or not, depends upon the weather conditions and what kind of scores are put up.

I don't know whether they will what they will not but the thing it is we definitely want fightback from them. The performance which they have shown in the last test match is not something which reflects the qualities of 14. They are far more talent and that was shown in that particular match. We have to get out of the psychological fear of the particular bowler so that we can perform better against him because he is definitely going to be utilised every time we are facing him because they know that we have problem in that. Not this time that we show them that we can definitely play any kind of spin bowling no matter what happens on a matter how different is bowling action is. If we have great players in our team like Sachin, Saurav, Dravid and Laxman what considered as magicians of spin bowling than we can definitely expect something more professional from them rather than what they showed in the last match. They should understand that in our country this is not just a game. We are very passionate about it and so when they are representing our country they should also show the same feeling when they are playing.
