2008 of china, I must say it's very difficult for any company!

Our company have faced problems whic faced by all companies of china.
the cost of labor increase and USD keep depreciating. the material is increase day by day.
the buyers had canceled twice order because of quality of order.
however it is the problem which cannot avoid.
sometimes I doubt whethe my boss can distribute salary for us !!
