Do you have trouble gaining weight, and if so, what do you do about it?

I'm a 22 year old male and for as long as I can remember I've been fairly skinny. Normally people talk about how much difficulty they have losing weight, but for me the problem has always been the opposite; I'm unable to gain weight. I've been trying for a good 4/5 years now, with little or no progress. Any time I gain any weight I lose it so easily it hardly seems worth it. I'm 6'1" and weight around 10 stone (63.5kg). I have a healthy diet, I exercise and (although I'm a student most of the year) I do labouring as a summer job. You'd think carrying 25kg bags of rubble for 8 hours a day would allow me to bulk up a bit! I'm not diabetic, although I am intolerant to some foods, such as wheat. Does anyone else have trouble gaining weight and what have you done to succeed, or are you still trying?
