If you were in on the President of the Philippines shoes what would you do for your country and your countrymen? With the country's crisis..what can you offer the Filipino people? I had to start this discussion to see what people would do if they had the position? If I was in her position I will find ways to make a deal with the countries that have oil ..maybe discuss with other countries what kind of crisis we are in and ask for their help. Make more rice plantations so we would get more rice available for the people. There are lots of jobless people who can work on that. I will find a way to put roof on the heads of the homeless, food for the mouth of the hungry. I will decrease the VAT on some of the main necessities of the people..I will find ways to build the nation with all the power I have. No street children, NO beggars...Job for the jobless. I will build more companies for the people to get work at. I will find ways and will not rest until I know I have served my country to the fullest. What is the use of the Cabinet members, The Senators, Congressman, Mayors and other Government figures if we can't work together to Build a Country that will just go and rise and never fall...then people will say this President never gave up and she devised ways to get us going and make our country whole again...

Those things that you have mention are anyones desire for their own country but i was thinking about how do other personel in our goverment can do such harm instead of helping their country men. Tons of problems like corruption, rice shortage, increasing of price of our commodities we Filipino expiriencing today. We can blame everyone even I myself why we are expiriencing this kind of problems because we don't know how to love our own country and our countrymen. Some people are just thinking for their own selves. I don't want to elaborate everything because you what i am talking about. Just read between the lines.

Yes I definitely do understand. Some people here who are so rich can't even extend a helping hand to their own fellow citizens. They get drowned in luxury and forget about what's happening to the world outside their doors. Thanks for the response.

at present our economy are really bad not only ours but its a global problem i guess and no amount of help can we ask for ..not even the rich country since they too were experiencing it..but since we are in the third world its us whose been affected the most...I guess as a president ....my priority would be to lessened the expenditures on each govt. agency especially on the travel and any luxurious related expenses..that is inorder to generate more funds to used help those families below poverty lines..giving them not food since i believe that in helping we must teach them to catch fish rather than giving them the fish in the silver platter..in this way we can help our fellow country men..and of course stop the graft and corrupt practices now that is very inherent to every govt.agency, officials and the like..before making the bold step of advancing high technology..sufficiency in every family means growth and success for the country..

Thanks for responding on that. I appreciate it...Yes graft and corruption should be dealt with. Government officials get too much luxury for themselves and that's not right. Rich get richer and poor get poorer. I know it's a global problem in regards to the economy but there are other rich countries that we can ask for help still as I see it.
