I am a 49 year old male couch potato who would like to start working out. I have a Weider Crossbow and would like someone who I could turn to answer questions and to perhaps check in with me regarding my progress periodically.
I know that I need to eat right and exercise but I am a loner who really doesn't have anyone to turn to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The picture of Brad Pitt that I included is my idea of an ideal physique.

Your best bet might be to get a Trainer who is experienced in this type of things, and then go from there. This could mean doing a Search of them online, or getting feedback from others who are using this person and then go from there. Getting a personal trainer can be the Best thing for a lot of people if they fit within their budget and are giving them the much needed help as well. Wishing you the Best.
