Other than keeping her problem to herself she should tell her parents about it.They might get mad at her but at the end they can't do anything about it but accept what she's been through.Parents are always a parents. They are always there for their children so whatever happens their arms are open for her.

..for me, I was really scared at first.. we talk with my boyfriend and we decided to tell my father when he visits me.. however, we were not able to tell him because we feel we are not ready.. i don't know how my father got the information that I am pregnant.. then we confessed to him.. my boyfriend assured him that he will be responsible and he will not leave me so my father didn't really got angry.. maybe, this is the time to test how you consider your friend as a real friend.. you could talk to the mother first in private since usually, mothers have broader understanding than father.. you pray that the mother will understand.. although you can't stop them from getting angry but it's a natural reaction.. God bless..

The sooner the better - and I think she should share how she is feeling - scared - excited etc so they know how best to respond and guide her. Her words may well influence how they respond - calm - clear - and respectfully is the best way and at a time when they can listen with their eyes - ears and hearts.
