i'm not very fat but my problem is my belly. i'm already not eating too much but my belly is still getting bigger. can anyone suggest a food that can cut out my belly down?

I think it has to do more with our lifestyles. We are getting couch potatoes with no or little inclination towards physical exercises. I think, If you do sit ups or go to a gym regularly this will be cared for. Get up, stretch backward in between working and sitting. Eat less fat and and lessen your chocolate, cream diet.
