Is call center safe for girls

it depends on the social environment around there, and depends also depends on the organisation rules and regulations, moreover every job has a risk.not even call centers nowadays , many sowtware companies also having night shift and many girls are working in night.

I'd have to say yes. Here in the Philippines, almost all call centers are on the graveyard shift which usually starts between 8PM to 12 midnight. Going home is much safer as the sun's already up and there are already a lot people on the streets. At night however, ladies do have much more risk as most of the evildoers tend to take them as easy targets especially when alone. It can happen anytime during the day, at any circumstance and on anyone. Sadly, these people who take advantage of them even knows how call center agents work and even study their victims first. Just take care when going out. As much as possible, go in groups and stay away from dark areas. Take different routes when going to and from the office. And always be aware of your surroundings. This will at least lessen the risk. Take care always.

Working at night anywhere has risks. I worked in call center environments for years. I never had a problem. And I would get off at 9pm alot of nights.

I think all jobs have entailed risks. Working at night is definitely risky. However, the industry is employing more and more girls everyday. In my company, there are more girls than guys. This proves that the gains are higher than the risk. Once you are in, just take good care. If you are not into commuting alone, find an officemate that will be with you in your travels. Choose a shift that you will be more comfortable with. And choose a company that is located in a place where you are comfortable with. Good day!
