Ive been a nEW YORK METS FAN,sinc the early days of 1963.They are fighting the PHILA.PHILLIES for first place in the NATIONAL LEAGUE EAST. This has become one of the strangest seasons, since firing WILLIE RANDOLPH,and hiring JERRY MANUEL,the season has become MORE enjoyable!!! Any other METS fans out there, want to share??

Im a braves fan... and im still shell-shocked at the Braves sudden drop. I watched them win all those division titles... make the Would Series 5 times in the 90s and win it once. Then they had this sudden decline. Its really been hard on us spoiled braves fans. I hope the front office will make some good moves this offseason and get us back to where we used to be... NL East Dominance

I have been watching the mets since 1983 when they were doing bad I used to get funny looks when I walked into a diner wearing a mets shirt esp in Florida but I also lived here when the Marlins came into baseball like both teams but I love the mets being from up north

I have been a fan since 1986. I was happy that Randolph was fired even though it would have been better to wait until morning to do it.When I heard that he one, was trying to get The Mets to follow the rule The Yankees follow And was trying to make a feud between Latin and non Latin players, I thought it was time for him to go.The Mets aren't the Yankees and they never will be.Now with hi gone, the guys must feel free and the pressure was gone , so they began winning. Now the question is can they keep winning in September. can they farther than last year. I hope so.

my parents grew up mets fans but i hate to break it to you that the marlins will either take the nl east and we all know that if they get in the playoffs it is as good as a world series win since they have never lost a playoff series. especially if they get manny they will be the team to beat in the nl east i would have to say.
