What anti spyware do you use?

we all know that when we go on the internet we can expect some websites that are going to have spyware attached to it and it has a great chance of putting itself on your computer and that won't be good for you at all because if that happens you are in trouble because i have had it before and it slowed my computer down and i had to get it fixed and it was a lot of trouble, so i want to get a good anti spyware for my computer that is free and i don't know what to get, i have tried a few different ones and they don't work well for me, so i was just wondering what you all use for your comptuers? does it work for you and does it slow your computer down at all, please help! thanks for taking the time out of your day to read my discussion and i hope that you all have a great evening and night!

i'm using avast antivirus,it protects my pc from viruses and spywares.my pc has been protected fro almost one year already and i didn't have any major headache with virus.

everyone has different opinion,stick with what you think fulfills your needs.
there's so many antivirus out there that no one can know wich is the best.No one is satisfied with an antivirus,thats why there's so many.it's like ice cream,pick your favourite flavour

hey i use norton its pretty good ! my last computer was a nighmare we didnt even have antivirus it was as slow as ever! but we stil used it ..it was an old pc that we updatd 4 2000 xp or wteva lolol.. ..but now we gt windows vista i love it and no problems what so ever!

i don't use any anti spyware i have NOD31 v3,but i recomand Kaspersky ,it will get rid all off viruses,spyware adware and other
