Having trouble in making decision... I love my kids too much

i am unwed mom of two young boys, I had a good job here in the philippines but in order for me to give them a good life and send them to a good school I am planning to go abroad and work there... but the problem is my two young boys, i am afraid to leave them to thioer father, since we're not married i have fear that he may not give it back to me when i come back, my parent are willing to take care of them but i am afraid that they may not get right attention because 4 of my nieces and nephews re living with my parents, I love my kids too much and I am having trouble in making decision, the stake there is my offered job abroad if i choose to stay..

I'm a little man, i have only 16 years. And I can tell you that my mami` was working in romania until 2004. In octomber 2004 she had gone in Ireland to work there and to send me more money for the school and for a good life. She left me in my grandmother hands (my father leave me to my mam`, they had divorced when I was 3 years old). Now I have 16 years old, and I couldn't live without my mam's love with me. And I had decided to come here in Ireland. In my opinion if you can, get your soons with you, or leave them a little bit time there in Philippines and after 1 year maximum get them with you.
