How do you make being married spontaneous?

I've been married for a while now and sometimes it seems like things are so mundane. Everything is predictable now. When my husband and I were dating it was so fun to surprise each other. When we try and do it now, it's like the other one always figures it out. Sometimes it seems like we know each other too well. Any suggestions on how to make things fun and spontaneous again?
