before i moved , i would buy my fabric at walmart, but now I live in a town that has no walmart, we do have a craft store that has tons of fabric, but they are very high, i have been thinking of buying some online, where would be a good place to get low cost fabric.

i will usually buy the fabric that i use to sew with where ever it is cheapest i am on a tight budget so i can not always afford the good expensive fabric sometimes i will buy the fabric at walmart where i live we have alot of different craft stores that all sell fabric but they are usually more expensive than walmart the cheapest place that i buy fabric and i think my favorite place to buy fabric would have to be the flea market but the only bad thing about the flea market is that sometimes there is not enough fabric the person is selling

How far is it to Walmart? They are everywhere. There is a fabric store I go to, and a craft store. They are both a little more expensive than Walmart, but have better selections. I usually shop the clearance sales, and the scrap bins, as well as the precut packs with coordinating fabrics. I've gotten some good deals that way. Online, try fabric.com or joann.com.

I've never bought fabric online but do have several links to recommended places if you'd like them....I have bought fabric from Walmart but the selection here in this area is HORRIBLE and unfortunately the nearest Joanns is a good 30-40 mins away...
