Hi. I have invested to the stock market recently. It is DHAKA STOCK EXCHANGE. A few days ago the SEC (Security Exchange Commision)of our country has made a descision that the mutual funds can not expand their capital by issuing right or bonus share to the public. After that the market just crashed. This descision is under process. They are saying that, there is no country which allows the mutual fund to do that. I heared in india or in the pakistan the mutual fund can expand their capital. Please someone tell me is that true? Is there any example like that? Is this descision should be taken?
