My star rating has gone from an 8 to a 5!

Today, as usual, I logged into MyLot to check my current earnings to see if my made payout. Luckily, I have enough to get a payment from MyLot. I was really disappointed to notice that my 8 gold star that I loved has gone all the way down to a green 5 star!
My rating has gone all the way from a 83 rating to a 55 rating! How is this possible in a single week. I'm really sad and I don't know what to do. My rating was a 7 silver star for about 2 days and now it has lowered even more.
I don't quite understand because I received about 5 best responses yesterday and yet my rating has decreased dramatically!

yes, my rating went down yesterday too from eight to seven. where can you see your rating in details.. how can you tell you have 55 rating ? I only see the star number near my nickname. don't be sad for this.. there are other things in life that are more worth to be sad about.. and I hope you won't have them. life is good.. be cool.
