who do you trust?

Can you trust anyone? can you actually be rest assured that the person will not disaappoint you.? what will you do if you are disappointed. Is there a possibility of trusting people?

i can trust a couple people to not do intentional harm or evil to me. but they and i are human. one of them is not good at keeping her word. i need to keep that in mind when she gives me her word. but i don't have to be afraid of her being malicious or harmful. she won't destroy my things or stab me in the back. i can trust her.
