I am about to go on a three day trip to the Lake of the Ozarks. What is everyone's favorite vacation spot? why?

My favorite vacation spot is a tropical island with white or yellow sand, gently waving coconut palm trees and a warm aquamarine ocean. I love to go snorkeling around a pastel colored coral reef where I can see friendly fish of all different sizes and bright colors. I like the island to have walking tracks, perhaps high up so I can get a great view. It is wonderful to stay in rustic accommodation on or close to the beach. A thatched beach hut or tall tree house are my favorite sorts of places to stay. It is superb to meet the local people and watch the native wildlife on the land and in the sea. I had a wonderful adventure in Samoa, French Polynesia and the Cook Islands. I did some excellent island hopping in the Seychelles. Tropical islands have stunning scenery, great activities like swimming and snorkeling, have hot weather and a relaxing effect on me. I hope that you have a wonderful trip to the Lake of the Ozarks.

My favorite vacation spot will always be Wasaga beach in Ontario Canada. It is only 1 hr from my house but I have been going up there with my family since i was a few months old. I have always had an attachment to there and one day would like to own my own cottage up there. It is just absolutly beautiful with nice white sand as far as you can see and the lake has no seaweed in it and is clear. I also really enjoyed the other places I have visited out of the country: Rome, Cuba, England and soon to be Jamaica. I enjoy seeing how other people around the world live and the sites. But no matter where in the world I travel to to site see, nothing will ever replace Wasaga beach and I will always still go there.
