Can we edit or change profile name?

any idea if we can change profile name time to time?

Nope. You are stuck with it. Maybe if you had made an embarresing typo when you joined then you could try contacting Mylot admin to get it changed. And if you open another account to change the name, both accounts will get banned. Change your avatar is the best you can do.
