I would take it to mean that you are a pleasing, nice person with a good attitude. It could also mean that you aim to please, and are good with customers, employees, ect. I think it's the first one! Either way it's a good thing. Take care!

Well to me, a pleasing personality means a person whose physical features would please my eyes. Someone who exudes beauty in his/her own right. One does not need to be super beautiful or super handsome to have pleasing personality but rather a personality that will make her likable and pleasantly presentable to the beholder. Carrying oneself with confidence and acting and behaving well well also contribute to having a pleasing personality.
