How to stop laughing while chatting with someone? / myLot

This is a strange question, but sometimes while I read something funny or Im chatting with a friend I start smiling or laughing cause they say something funny. People around me look and wonder what I'm doing.. LOL How can I stop from laughing sometimes I dont even realize.

I think it's normal for every of us to laugh when we heard something funny, if they didn't do maybe it's really a problem, it just be a problen for you to laughing but can't stop. Here i will tell you my problem , i will laughing when i told something ineresting ,in that way i can't speak.. maybe you can stop to breath for a while to stop laughing
