Hello,Dixie! I had the chance to meet a centurion in my city who claims that eating less and calorie restriction diets cut the risks of lifestyle disorders like diabetes,obesity,blood pressure and heart diseases.eating less actually add years to his life,that was his secret.when we grow old,we slowdown ,grow weak and lose our sense of balance.But outdoor walking,combined with good diet and weight management may improve our strength and live a healthy and long life.I am now in my seventies and I am hoping to live a long life.thanx.
