Does earning online make it a part-time job?

In my college there's a rule against students going for part timers till their 4th year. But is earning in sites like mylot make it im violating the regulations? Is it a part-time job?

The way I see, this is not a part-time job. It is a sideline-job , earning a side-income.

well,i guess its not violating the rules..actually it's different than the other jobs that students working at..those are the actual jobs.But here,you couldnt ask for more just sit and type..So,i guess it's not that bad after all.
