POLYTHEISM-is that good?

well,in my religion polytheism is a major thing... i believe there is a power above us,you can name it god or nature or something else...but i believe.. but i dont believe in polytheism and even in monotheism of course!! is there anybody who saw God(thats what the name,as you say!)....? then,whats up with the statues?? who can explain this??
