i am puzzled, we sometime have the different opinion in something, and he always
doult that i have do something went back on him, i feel sick of that ,
i want to sat goodbey to him, but i really can understand it's right or not

If it is infrequent then let it go, if it happens constantly then evaluate the pros and cons of not only whether you should leave or not but also on your relationship.
