take a warm shower before you sleep!

taking a warm shower helps to promote sleep because it relaxes you specially the effects of it on your body. the warm shower helps to promote blood flow on your systems.

really it promotes blood flow?? I thought it lowers it... Or maybe its the cold shower at night... My mom does not like to allow me take showers before going to sleep.. Also from what I know it do lowers the blood count... Now I know it I will tell my mom so she would allow me... Thanks for the info! Happy mylotting! :)

yah.it does.but when you use cold water it lowers blood flow because it makes your blood to be thicker and to move slow.gets

Hi babyboo Nice discussions. Yes, definitely warm will helps our body relaxes. Right now, it's rainy season and I prefer using warm water for my bath. I can't take a tap water now because it's really cold. Our water tank is just outside of our house with no roof, so I guess this is the reason why our water is very col most specially it's rainy season now. Happy sleeping and happy myLot. I usually leave work at night with warm water bath to relieve tired and exhausted and the body will feel more refreshed and relaxed

thanks for this information,, sometime i felt that if you don't have enough water than you can also put some hot water in the bucket and put your feet for sometime it can also be helpful to be fresh..

omg I love you! lol. Thank you :P I've actually had a cold for a while now and it really makes it tough to sleep. Whenever I breath in (through nose or mouth) the cold air from my fan sends a tickle down my throat that makes me cough a lot! And I have to sleep with the fan on because it gets WAY to hot during the day without it (I work nights). ANYWAYS! lol. I was just about to go to bed, and I will defeniatly take a warm shower for a bit before I do that! Hopely it'll help!

Hi. babyboo23. I have taken many showers before going to sleep. It has helped me out a whole lot. I am able to relax and unwind more better. It really helps me to stay asleep and I feel so cozy and cuddly.

I think it's therapeutic whereas you feel more conducive to sleeping. Seriously. I cannot get in bed unless I have had a bath or shower. Very seldom do I get away with it and only because I bathed earlier. And I put on Johnson's Dream More Soft Lotion with some baby oil gel to get the job done. Also the Johnson's Baby Lotion in purple for sleeping is just as good, but I prefer the Dream More.

i love taking shower before i go to bed..cuz yea..it's soo relaxing for me to sleep.:))
