extreme makeover

How many of you watch extreme makeover home edition. Did you read the article about the family who has to auction off their house. Heres the link http://www.wistv.com/Global/story.asp?S=8747773 Whats your o pion on this. Do you think they should have taken the loan out?

Well I am at odds with this one. Because on one hand many would say they were being greedy by doing that, but on the other it was a good business move, if the company had not have failed, they would have been all right. What many don't understand is when they get these new homes, that's what they are, their taxes are through the roof on them. So I can see using the home to invest in something that would help not only cover the cost of that, but to make a living off of.

If it was such a business move; then why did it fail.Maybe they should have looked into it better. This is just my opinion . I really don't know the circumstances to what led them to this business deal, so its really is hard to say.

I'm not familiar with that at all as in my part of the world there is not the same program. Probably it's just as well that there isn't because of how it turned out for that family in the story there. Instead of getting their dream house they are left with nothing. Very sad Happy posting!

hi how are you i did not got what are you trying to communicate because i thought that you will be talking about the make over that is done to the people sorry if am wasting other peoples interest in this discusssion and i will check the link that you have posted and will try to comment or response again the discussion you also might would have heard of the make over that is dnone to people and that is really cool and they also do a great job making not so good looking people and transforming them in good shape

I watch this show every week. Its so heart warming how they help all those people out.I love it when the houses are done. How the people go from like a little house that was falling apart; to something that looks almost like a mannsion.
