has anyone filed a dispute at Alertpay and receive the refund?

I am wondering if Alertpay really does give you your money back if in case you as a buyer filed a claim or dispute regarding fraud or spoof website or seller. If you have experienced this, Can you tell me how long did you filed the dispute after you sent the payment and how long were you able to get the money back if you ever did get your money back. Thanks for those who will answer me. I am still new to Alertpay and I want to know if it is similar to the buyer protection that Paypal has.
