No Rice Meal works....

It's my second day eliminating rice in my diet and I can say that I feel lighter. Before, after i ate a meal with rice even if it's 1/4 cup only, I feel bloated. Now I know that it's rice who really makes mt tummy big. Besides, when eating meal with rice, my appetite increases too. I don't know if this will also work for you, but you wanna try it.

I eat about 1/4 cup of rice and it completely fills me up, so I can definitely see a rice meal making you feel overfull and bloated. I'd hate to give up rice, but I'm glad you figured it out and don't have to suffer the discomfort! I wonder if brown rice would be easier for your stomach to handle.

brown rice is a lot healthier actually. however, it's hard to find and sometimes are more expensive than the commom ones. but they say, brown rice gives lots of health benefits than the white ones. just that, it's difficult to find brown rice here in sweden.

I also eat a small portion of my rice. Before I tend to consume 2 cups of rice. Now I reduce it to 1 cup of rice for lunch and 1/2 cup of rice for dinner. And I usually have soup on every meal, so I would feel full rather than eating a lot of rice. And I drink water too before my meal.

avoiding rice in ur meal is an efficient way to reduce weight. but do not completely avoid it throughout the day, as rice contains essential carbohydrates. avoid consuming rice at night,as its diificult to digest it then. take one small cup of rice for lunch,this may be sufficient.

no rice meal really works for those who are dieting. but you can still eat rice in the morning or lunch but not during dinner time. anyway, i still love rice. i try to avoid eating rice but no matter what i do, i still end up enjoying my meals with it.
