Most of the relational problems starts with hurting words thrown at each other. If we could just lessen those and transpose hurting words to nurturing statements then everything will turn out good. For example: saying I Love with sarcasm is very different in saying i love you with full of love. It's the same statement but said in a different manner. This worked for me. You might want to try it.
