My 15 year old cousin wants to be an make-up artist

Shes only 15 ,she wants to get a job at 15 doing make-up but she doesn't know where to start..shes really good actually and she has done some great work on me..The thing is , if she does makeup for people then she'll have to go out and buy all these different sorts of foundation colors etc...anyways I just want to help her get started..any advice will be awesome thanks. :DD

No im not asking for her to be in an makeup school..im asking what kind of ways can she start early so when she gets old enough she can be an makeup artist...like what kinds of things can she do to get her a head start

Why can't her try training while studing,it could just be very good for her.She will just finish everything to become what she wants,i like this way so much.I don't know where she is but i know that you could get a training while studying in the area she wants.
