How to increase blood ?

Hey how can I increase my blood which is at present is 11 to 15..... Thanku Ganesh

Friend, GANESH, .. by your post, i could not understand, IS your HEAMOGLOBIN at 11. Or is it at 15? IF you could just search out for the contents of blood.. online, you can find a lot of information. Even wikipedia has good entries. IF you want, I can write a big note for you on that. NOW, if you are young, and healthy, you should be eating a lot of GRAPE FRUIT, the black variety .. for increasing your blood. goodluck and godspeed.

I said at present it s 11 want to move upto 15 its HG only.... I m going to get some grapes and fruits thanku..for wishes All the best Thanku Ganesh

I think the best thing to do is to increase your daily intake of Iron. Even better, go to your doctors and explain your situation to them and im sure they will sort everything out for you.
