today i don't undertood any dicussion,i think my brain stopped running...

Today i read the discussion and responsed some of them,suddenly i found i can't undertood any discussion,i don't know why,it seems like my brain stopped running,some times i was in this status,i don't remember a word,a date,an so on,do you have this experience?

I sometimes like this also when i got problems or i have alot of things on my mind.Sometimes i would just read on the discussion without understanding it.If i feel like this i would just try to get away from the computer and relax and take a rest.I think you need to rest.You must be tired.

yeah,sometimes it is because our brain overworked and just cant contain anything else,we need to have a good rest.yesterday my neck ached and when i open my pc this morning i also found it ached again.terrible,just because i spend too much time before computer everyday.
let's relax our brains as well as our bodies.

Oh yes I do have a lot of these days. Seems that my mind just goes blank.I have a very bad memory any way, but then there are some days that I just can not concentrate on anything at all, can not remember what day it is or anything. I call it a brain freeze!!

The feeling of brain freeze is very bad,that time i felt the brain is only just a brain as everyone must have one,but i don't think by brain...

Yup, sometimes I get into that kind of state - it's like a mental block. I would go into a discussion, which I find interesting, and then find that I can't come up with any words, or anything that sounds sensible. So I would log off and do something else!
