I just can't figure it out!

OK, this is REALLY dumb, I'm sure, but I just can't figure out how to add a picture to my name instead of the little waving guy. Also I want to add my webpage to my profile page but I can't figure that out either! Someone please have pity on my simpleness and help me out!

Scan your tru picture and save to Mydocument on your PC-then check your avatar selection, browse, go to the file of your pic in Mydocument,down load and there it will be done!
