Do you or anyone you know get angered easily?

And not on bad days, even. Just normal everyday things. I sure do know people. My mom used to A LOT, but she's chilled out a bit since then. The only time she gets angered easily is when she has a bad day at work (which is nearly everyday because of stupid people. Lol.) Today, especially. I guess she when she came home, she set down her bottle of some green juice on our couch just for a minute and it fell over and the lid wasn't on all the way, so the entire bottle spilled EVERYWHERE. We just got that couch the same time we got our new carpet four months ago. And she was ticked off. Like, beyond belief. But, I suppose she's all better now because its cleaned up. Haha, I hope so. When she has bad days and everyone else in the house had good days, she really brings us from happy to grumpy really quick. But, I don't let her get to me half the time. She's generally happy most of the time. Just not today. And this anger thing must be in the air too. Along with my mom, my brother who turns 17 in November wanted to bake a cake today because he was bored. Now he's quite good at baking and cooking, but he hasn't quite mastered making cakes yet. Anyway, after he took it out of the oven, a small piece broke off, but not enough to where he'd get frustrated (he gets frustrated easily). As he was applying the icing, he put way too much on it at once, so it dripped off the plate and onto the stove top and floor. I was sure this would make him fly off the wall, but it didn't thank goodness. So, as he is transferring the cake onto another plate, a massive chunk off the bottom breaks off, he screams a profanity, and then begins stabbing the cake with the spatula in his hand, pieces flying everywhere, and icing getting on the counter tops as well. He destroyed the cake. Really, there was no need to do that. We saved it at least, even though my brother says it tastes bad. I thought it tastes fine. And he helped clean up his mess too, thankfully. Gosh. My father and I don't get angry that easily. It takes a while for him to really get mad and I'm pretty much the same way. So, sorry for the book I just wrote, but do you get angered easily or does someone else you know?

it's miserable when you have to live with that. i have a sister who has a bad temper. she would scream a lot and sometimes break things. she made everyone miserable. i don't like to be around her.

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you considered taking her to anger management classes? Haha, if she'd agree to go, that is.

OMG! Too funny! As we get older we tend to mellow out a little because if we continue to be angry at everything we'll have a stroke. My dad was like your brother, I was like your brother but age made us better. I made the manager at the pizza shop cry once when I yelled at her for our order being messed up twice, they didn't fix the problem the first or second time lol.

Hahaha. I'm glad to know my brother will mellow out when he is older. Haha. Right now, he is a walking bag of raging, annoyed, angry hormones. Haha.

I just do not think it is worth getting all mad about! What is done is done and we have no control over it so why make yourself feel miserable? I am way laxed!

Although I agree you shouldn't cry over spilled milk, when one had an already bad MOANday, comes home and gets told by her 17 year old son to make dinner (not hello, not how was your day, just make dinner) then to spill something the color of pea soup on brown couch and have it drip down own the beige carpet, tends to set one off. Screaming and slamming cabinet doors makes one feel better.. gets some stress off the chest.. going away for a while helps too. So no it's not worth it... but it was one of many things that have gone to crap today
