Has anyone else had a real-life Grey's Anatomy moment?

I love Grey's Anatomy and my best friend and I watch the show religiously and are constantly comparing situations that happen in the show to situations that have or are happening to us in our lives.
Can anyone relate to this? If so, would you care to tell us about your situation?

yeah definitely. im not being conceited or anything, but i've been mixed up between two guys one time in my life and it was a real hard choice to make between the two so i just walked away.
