Definitely the belgian brand godivas. It is truly heavenly. but very expensive. in singapore i think 6 truffles (those little balls) go for about 20 singapore dollars, which are like 15 usd.
but they melt in your mouth and are filled with all sorts of yummy smooth things. oooh, heavenly.

We have a local chocolate maker called Lagomarcino's that is fantastic. Everything is hand made from scratch. They've been in business here for over 100 yrs.
Big name brands.. I'd have to say there's nothing better than a good old fashioned Hershey Bar.
